Victory is a cooking apple with a snow white flesh encased in a mottled red skin. The Victory apple is harvested in September. It is large and has a sharp taste. It originated in Surrey, Great Britain, in 1923. It is self-sterile and requires a pollinator to produce its annual crop.
I hope you have all had a lovely break and are ready to get back into the swing of things.
This term in English, we will be looking at Traditional tales and later we will be going on to do some instruction writing. In Maths, we will be continuing with multiplication and division all the way up to the 12 times tables. Our topic for Science this term is Electricity and for History we will be looking at the Anglo- Saxons and the conversion to Christianity.
